That’s why we offer a 90-day worldwide return guarantee, starting from the delivery date.

 

When can I request a return?

You may request a return within 90 days if the item is:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Includes all accessories

  • You provide the proof of purchase

We will review your request and provide:

  1. The return instructions

  2. The correct return address depending on your region

Do not ship any item back without contacting us first.

 

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a factory defect

In those cases, Arise Flower will cover the costs.

 

 Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns if:

  • The item has been used

  • It arrives incomplete

  • It is not in its original packaging

  • Damage was caused by misuse

  • The item was purchased on sale or clearance

  • More than 90 days have passed since delivery

 

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are processed within 3–10 business days to your original payment method.
